Shannon has had the unique opportunity to be actively involved for over 35 years in the electric power generation, delivery, and marketing business, serving in a wide variety of technical, commercial, and executive roles.
Shannon began the first 13 years of his career at what is known today as Oncor Electric Delivery serving in customer operations, distribution engineering, transmission planning, and transmission operations. He then spent sixteen years at what is known today as Vistra Corp where he served as Manager of ERCOT Market Fundamentals; Director of Grid Optimization; Director of North American Power, Gas, Coal, and Emissions Fundamentals; Director of Commercial Asset Optimization in ERCOT; and as Vice President of Commercial Asset Management, which included the 24x7 ERCOT QSE Operations.
For the past six-plus years, Shannon has been leading the strategic siting and business development for Solar Prime in the ERCOT market, where they have successfully developed / originated off-take for approximately a gigawatt of utility scale solar & battery energy storage.
Shannon has been active in the development of the ERCOT power market for over twenty years and served for three years as a voting member of the ERCOT Wholesale Market Subcommittee.
Shannon holds an associate’s degree in automotive and diesel technology from Universal Technical Institute in Houston and a bachelor’s and master’s degree in electrical engineering with a focus in power engineering and an MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington. He is a registered professional engineer in the State of Texas.

Peter has spent his career in the energy and maritime industries with a variety of commercial and technical roles.
Peter began his career with ExxonMobil where he was involved in new vessel construction, vessel chartering, and LNG as a marine fuel. He then managed the Sales Technical Team for ABB

Peter has spent his career in the energy and maritime industries with a variety of commercial and technical roles.
Peter began his career with ExxonMobil where he was involved in new vessel construction, vessel chartering, and LNG as a marine fuel. He then managed the Sales Technical Team for ABB Marine & Ports in the Americas designing marine battery and fuel cell electric propulsion systems. Most recently, Peter led Business Development for Chilean green ammonia producer MAE Energy.
Peter has testified before the US House Transportation Committee on zero emission shipping and has advocated for carbon pricing policy with Citizens' Climate Lobby.
Peter holds a BS in Naval Architecture/Marine Engineering from Webb Institute and an MS in Transportation from MIT.
